I prefer to use holistic and less invasive methods when appropriate, and I have a passion for nutrition and other lifestyle strategies that promote health and reduce the likelihood of disease. My goal is to serve as a guide to better health. In my free time, I love salsa dancing, practicing yoga, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, spending time with family and friends, and I recently started playing pickleball.
